FORM A - to be used ONLY for registering the offspring of 2 registered parents.
NOTE: At this time, the AJSR reserves the right to accept or reject registrations from other registries that utilize a progeny-testing program. Copies of such registration certificates must be furnished with your application. Please write to us if you have any questions.

FORM B - to be used for applying for registration for all other sheep.

FORM C - to be used when you own the registered dam, but do NOT own the registered sire of a lamb you wish to register.

FORM D - to be used for transfer of ownership of a registered sheep.
